Spiceful is a recipe management, grocery list, and meal planning application. We provide tools to help you organize your recipes, plan meals, and create shopping lists. Think of it as your digital kitchen assistant.

To use Spiceful, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious content or code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Scrape or harvest data from the service

Content

You retain ownership of any recipes or content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the service. Your grandma's secret cookie recipe is still yours.

Recipe Import

When importing recipes from external websites, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that content. We do not claim ownership of imported recipes. We just help you organize them.

Limitation of Liability

Spiceful is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or service interruptions. We also can't be held responsible if your soufflé doesn't rise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
